The Pleasure-Pain Principle
Most people will refrain
From relationships causing pain,
But in unions bringing pleasure,
They'll participate in full measure,
Thus, if your spouse is your pleasure,
Hold him close - he is a treasure,
But if he's a constant pain,
Dump him,
From his course he won't abstain,
All your efforts are in vain,
Find an other and stay sane.
