Nature's Scheme

When a dominant specie,
The race of men,
Reaches the point
Where they upset
The very scheme of things,
Then nature finds a way
To curb their hubris
Through wars, decay
And natural disasters,
Perchance, to spell
The end of man.
These are the cruel facts,
The rest is commentary.
