Snow Birds

We snow birds
Return to Florida each year
With lots of money,
Bringing good cheer,
But with the hurricanes,
Assessment creation,
Outrageous real estate taxation
And high insurance manipulation,
We will be better off
In some other places
For our winter vacation.
