Add a liberal shot of
Corrupt administration,
Mix in an incompetent
Directors' association,
Find a director
On the kickback take
And a fine condo cocktail
You'll make,
A perfect drink
For a ghost town wake.
If the condo owners
Drink it up,
Their condos will be
On the auction block.
