Maturity

To keep an even temper
Under stress and strain,
To have an optimistic outlook
When facing adversity,
Yet, be realistic in
Judging the situation,
To have the will and
Courage to carry through
A project or a plan,
But know when
Consistency turns useless,
Are the marks of maturity.
