For five thousand years
We wandered the globe
Through good and bad times
But always with faith and with hope,
We survived the Sumerians, Pharaohs,
Babylonians, Romans, pogroms,
The Holocaust and the Nazi Hitler crew
And with God's help, we'll also
Survive our present foes too.
So, give a cheer, give a cheer,
They'll long be forgotten
While we'll still be here!
