Destiny

Would man's will his heaven be,
Or is he invariably subjected
To a predetermined destiny,
His fate prescribed genetically,
His choices never to be free,
Rooted in his nature-nurture tree,
His time allotted, path and destination,
Foretold and shaped at life's creation?
