Nature is Predatory

The perpetuation of the race
Seems to be nature's
Most redeeming grace,
That's why the fittest
Predator survives,
While the weaker
Of the specie or the race
Pay with their lives,
Thus, decency, fairness, morality,
Turn into nature's fatality,
For in a world,
Where big fish eat little fish,
Morality is but a hopeless wish.
