The generations come,
The generations go
For purposes
We do not know,
From sperm to dust,
A lot of agony,
Some joy, some lust,
A bit of vanity,
Wars and insanity,
Life starts in pain
Ends in calamity,
The interval may have
A certain style,
But in the end one wonders
Was the play worthwhile?
