The 'Director'

He's a chap of small dimensions,
Burdened by exaggerated pretensions,
His horizons are rather small,
But in pontificating he stands tall,
He seems to have a certain flair
For empty phrases and hot air,
His operational philosophy:
Empty, redundant verbosity.
Altogether, a most unpleasant man,
Try to avoid him - if you can.
