I Wish...

I wish for this,
I wish for that,
Often don't know
Just for what,
My wishes change
With time and age,
The different roles I play
On this world's stage
For life's book is long,
Changes on every page,
Some wishes
Into reality projected
May turn out different
Than expected,
Yet, hopeful wishes
Keep me going,
Keep my life's
Juices flowing...
