Fading Shadows
The fading shadows of the past,
those nightmares haunt me yet,
camps, gas chambers, ovens,
six million of my people - dead,
innocent men, women, children
rising as smoke up in the sky,
because of racial prejudice
Jehovah's people had to die,
the God I once believed in
never gave any reason - why?
