Florida with its hurricane
Is turning into a snow-bird's pain,
Non-paying insurance companies
Increase the strain,
Outrageous taxes and assessments
Put too much money down the drain,
Let snow-birds skip decaying Florida
And go to Arizona, California, Spain.
