Excessive Presidential Powers

Rousseau's Social Contract
Does clearly mandate
To render to the State
The needed rights
It requires
But never - ever
What Caesar desires,
For if this were to be
We'd sacrifice our
Constitutional democracy
And put the State
Under a Fascist ministry,
And if gods are in the mix,
Into a dictatorial theocracy.
