Lady of his Choice

It was a balmy summer night
with a full moon shining bright
when I met my life's delight,
this dark-haired beauty
with a complexion - ivory white,
a lady, graceful, charming,
sexy and disarming,
she seemed to really care
and we had a delightful affair,
in love, I asked her to marry me,
but she said, "never be, never be,
I'm married and have AIDS,
but you have my sympathy".
