Solution

If there's a recession
turning into a depression
raising unemployment
to over twenty percent
with houses foreclosed
or no money for rent
and factories failing,
the economy ailing,
we must find some
unpleasant nation
ready for liberation
with some nasty regime
which doesn't seem clean
or a disagreeable faith
seeming not to act straight,
then provoke World War Three,
this will surely fix the economy.
