Solomon, the wise man, spoke:
"Modern society is a joke,
A four hundred horsepower
Car for every bloke,
With expensive oil and no money,
Credit cards buy all his honey,
Live today, go broke tomorrow,
Let the creditors have the sorrow,
Buy a house without the means,
With no change left in his jeans,
Repossession and foreclosure,
Lives on streets, suffers exposure,
While Uncle Sam prints
Money by the ton
And its value recedes to - none,
With cheap Asian goods
Creating enjoyment,
Contributing to US unemployment,
Everyone borrows, borrows,
As if there are no tomorrows,
Busting Wall Street and the banks
With the economy ruining the Yanks."
